What Does a WhatsApp Sales Agent Cost?

Two numbers, stated plainly. One to build it and connect it to your store, one to run it. Everything that sits outside those is listed below rather than discovered later.
Everything You NEed

The Two Numbers

Pricing is per business. Message charges set by Meta sit outside both figures, and are explained below.
R49,000 once-off — build and integration
Covers WhatsApp Business API onboarding and verification for your business, the AI Sales Concierge trained on your product catalogue, and connecting it all to your store.
R5,000 per month — platform and support
Per business, on a 12-month term. Covers running the platform, your support schedule, and keeping the integration working as your store changes.
What the build includes
Automated lead onboarding and management, a dynamic in-chat product catalogue, cart and reservation workflows, and secure checkout and payment-link integration with your store.
What the monthly includes
Order tracking, customer identity and order history resolved through the verified phone number, six-day business-hours support, and support for manual ad-hoc reports.
3,000 utility messages a month
Included in the monthly fee. Utility messages are things like order confirmations and delivery updates — the routine traffic most stores send.
What costs extra
WhatsApp message charges beyond the 3,000 included, which are set by Meta and billed on usage. Custom features outside the product roadmap are quoted at R1,000 per hour.

Cost Questions, Answered

Yes. It covers the build: API onboarding and verification, training the agent on your catalogue, and integrating it with your store, payments and fulfilment. You pay it once, at the start.
Running the platform and supporting it. That covers your support schedule, order tracking and customer identity handling, and keeping the integration working as your catalogue, pricing and stock change.
Meta charges per message for certain conversation types, and those charges are separate from what Chabo bills. Your monthly fee includes 3,000 utility messages; traffic beyond that is billed on usage. We will walk through what your volume realistically looks like rather than guess at it.
The platform and support fee runs on a 12-month term.
Custom work outside the product roadmap is quoted separately at R1,000 per hour. In practice most stores' needs overlap heavily with what is already built.
The two figures are per business rather than per product, so a larger catalogue does not change them. What does move is message volume, since that is charged on usage beyond the included 3,000.
